"Isn't this Parkman?!"

...said the email from my friend J, who is participating in Weight Watchers even though she's like a size 8.

I can't turn up the volume at work, so I have no idea what he's saying.  Of course, that leaves me free to imagine that he's talking about whether hugging Sendhil Ramamurthy burns off more calories than hugging Milo Ventimiglia.

I also thought about explaining to her that there is a difference between Matt Parkman, who is an annoying fictional character, and Greg Grunberg, who is a friendly goofy actor, but decided my urge to do that was probably rooted more in irritation that she's a SIZE 8 and still thinks she's too fat, than in genuine worry over her ability to separate fantasy from reality.

Hee! He's his typical Grunny self in the video. Talking about being better at playing 'elephant' than 'horsie' with his kids, and that approaching a buffet is a like a Old West showdown for him. *snort* I know the feeling...

1) I'm a size 4 (sometimes 2) and I have moments where I think I'm too fat. I think it just sort of comes with being a girl, you know?

2) LOL Greg Grunberg ILU. I totally believe that he gets into Mexican standoffs with danishes at buffet tables ALL THE TIME. Grunnygrunnygrunny.

That sentence just makes me giggle uncontrollably. :0)

That's neat! I've been seeing James Kyson Lee's McDonald's commercial a lot lately--maybe they could duke it out for the waistlines of the nation.

Of course, that leaves me free to imagine that he's talking about whether hugging Sendhil Ramamurthy burns off more calories than hugging Milo Ventimiglia.

I wonder if this study needs a research assistant.

Oh, come on--it's totally Sendhil, we don't need any research on this. Just thinking about his smile makes my metabolism speed up. ...What? No, I totally love you more, Zachary! Wait! Come back!!!
